About the Role

At Tekton Labs , we’re looking for a Head of Marketing & Brand to own our general marketing strategy and lead generation efforts across the Americas. This role is critical in helping position Tekton as a strategic technology consulting firm—not just generating leads, but building market authority and reputation through creative, data-driven marketing.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals, generate qualified demand, and elevate the Tekton brand at every customer touchpoint.
