About the Role

Pioneer is hiring a Marketing Lead on behalf of Aster, a next-generation perpetual DEX. You'll be joining a lean, fast-moving remote team of under 5 people, taking full ownership of global marketing strategy across both Chinese and English-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive global marketing strategy covering user acquisition, branding, and growth
• Plan and optimize campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and retention
• Build and manage online communities across CN and EN markets
• Lead a small marketing team (up to 10 people)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer support
• Track key marketing metrics and drive data-informed decisions
• Monitor industry trends and surface new growth opportunities
