Our client is a leading player in the live entertainment and venue management space, with a strong presence across concerts, live performances, corporate events, hospitality and premium event experiences.

• Lead the full post-sales event planning process from contract confirmation through to event delivery and post-event review.
• Act as the main client-facing contact for promoters, event organisers, corporate clients, wedding planners and other key stakeholders.
• Coordinate event requirements including timelines, floor plans, production schedules, technical needs, catering, security, logistics and accreditation.
• Prepare and oversee event documentation such as Event Orders, production schedules, operational plans, briefing notes and post-event follow-ups.
