Head of Operations and Finance at Reputable Bank

A reputable rural bank in the Oti and Volta regions is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented and innovative individual to fill the vacant position of: Head of Operations and Finance

Main Responsibilities

• Supervises the department, and ensures Branches growth and sound operations

• Monitor and contribute to the preparation of financial reports and budget

• Experience in T24 Banking software

Qualification Required & Experience

• First Degree in Accounting, Finance or Banking, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a related role

• A member of any of the following professional bodies ICA, ACCA, CIMA may be an advantage
