Head of Operations F&B APAC

As Senior Leader in the Operations function, responsible for Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and Facilities oversight for the APAC Region (Fragrances). The role leads operations to deliver products on time while meeting quality requirements and optimizing production costs.

Reporting to Head of Operations Fragrance & Beauty. This role is part of the cross‑functional APAC MC led by the Commercial Head of the region and is a member of the Global Operations Management Committee.

Location: Shanghai or Singapore. Production sites: multiple sites in Asia Pacific.
