Head of Operations

Tortuga Rum Company is seeking a proven, hands‑on operations leader to run the operational backbone of our business across Grand Cayman. This is a senior role for someone who builds systems, leads teams and makes things work, every day, across every site.

Reporting to the COO, you will own warehouses, facilities, estates, maintenance, logistics, physical security, inventory controls and capital projects across all TRC sites. You will manage a multi‑functional team of up to 25 and balance sharp day‑to‑day execution with longer‑term planning and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational leadership across all facilities, warehouses and sites — KPIs, routines and execution standards
• Warehouse & inventory control — receiving, storage, dispatch, stock accuracy and disciplined FIFO / expiry management
