Job Description
As the
Head of Operations , you will act as a strategic partner to the Business Head, overseeing all core back‑office and operational support functions. You will ensure that commercial activities are supported by a robust, efficient, and premium‑quality operational backbone, driving excellence across supply chain, customer service, IT, HR, and logistics.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
Strategic Leadership & Execution
Partner with the Business Head to oversee back‑office operations including after‑sales service, call centre, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, new store openings, IT, and HR.
Develop and execute annual operational plans and budgets to support commercial objectives and growth targets.
