Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Operations to lead our Surgical Care Group within a triumvirate alongside the Clinical and Nursing Leads. This is a newly created role and ideal for an experienced operational leader who is looking to develop their career in a rewarding and dynamic environment. The Surgery Care Group oversees a range of elective and non-elective tertiary surgical services, including Thoracic, Cardiac, Aortic, ACHD and Vascular surgery, alongside a range of clinical support services including Outpatients, pre‑op and Palliative Care.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of leading teams in a diverse and complex environment, and will work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver high quality, efficient and effective services for our population.
