- 10+ years of experience in partnerships/business development
- Strong background in Banking / NBFC / Cards / Payments ecosystem
- Proven track record of closing large-scale commercial partnerships
- Deep network across banks, issuers, and fintech stakeholders
- Strong understanding of discounting economics and co-funded models
- Ability to negotiate high-value deals and drive revenue impact
