Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Piping Discipline, including piping layouts, 3D modelling (E3D), stress engineering, materials engineering, material handling, and design teams.
- Provide clear direction, inspire, and coordinate team members to achieve project goals.
- Apply a structured approach to planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Develop team capabilities through delegation, coaching, and empowerment.
- Ensure timely delivery of piping discipline outputs to support fabrication and construction activities.
- Oversee the release of fabrication deliverables from yard engineering in line with project schedules.
- Collaborate with Planning and Construction teams, providing inputs on fabrication and installation requirements.
- Resolve technical and construction issues arising during fabrication and installation phases.
