We are supporting a major UK organisation undergoing a significant multi-year digital transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Head of PMO to establish and lead a high-performing Programme Management Office from the ground up.

This is not a traditional PMO governance role. We are specifically looking for a senior transformation contractor who has previously built PMO functions from scratch within large-scale, complex change environments and can implement the structure, governance, controls, reporting and delivery discipline required to support enterprise transformation.
