Head of Pre-Sales and Implementations

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Head of Pre‑Sales and Implementations to join Yapily. This is a senior, dual‑focus role sitting at the intersection of Sales and Delivery. You will lead a team of Implementation Engineers while also owning the Pre‑Sales function, working directly with prospective and existing clients to demonstrate Yapily’s value and bring them successfully onto the platform.

You have done this before. You have personally managed complex API or fintech implementations, and you bring that hands‑on experience into both the team you lead and the large accounts you will be directly involved in delivering. You know what good looks like at every stage, from the first technical conversation with a prospect through to go‑live.

Internally, you will be a key connector between Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support. You set the standard for how Yapily delivers, and you work to raise that standard continuously.<...
