Role Purpose
As a key member of the global technology leadership team, the Head of R&D & Product Development will architect and lead Clarios' strategic product development capability in Mexico.
This executive role is accountable for transforming the regional footprint into a globally integrated innovation hub, delivering intelligent fail‐safe energy systems.
The role will oversee a rapidly scaling organization expected to exceed 100+ FTEs, spanning embedded systems, functional safety, systems engineering, and advanced testing.
Strategic Responsibilities
Enterprise Leadership & Vision – Define and execute a multi-phase strategy to build Mexico's product development center from testing-only to full-cycle innovation and design.
