The Head of Production is responsible for leading the multimedia production function across both boards, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of videographers, editors, and photographers. Operating within the internal agency, this role is critical in managing production operations, elevating content quality, and delivering creative output that fuels fan engagement and brand growth across all club-owned channels.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, manage, and inspire the multimedia production teams across videography, photography, and editing functions.
• Build and maintain a high-performing culture across content hubs in multiple cities.
