The Opportunity:
The Head of Project & Maintenance is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution and lifecycle management of all company clubs, from design development and construction delivery to ongoing facility and asset maintenance.
This role oversees the Design, Project, and Maintenance functions to ensure new clubs are delivered on time, within budget, and according to company standards, while maintaining operational excellence across more than 120 existing locations.
