Position Overview
The Head of Property, Commercial Insurance is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the underwriting strategy, portfolio management, and operational execution for Property in the middle market and large corporate customer segment. This role combines strong technical underwriting expertise, training and guidance to underwriters within their domain, leveraging deep technical knowledge and strong market relationships for Property programs. They monitor emerging risks and trends, participate in assurance activities and support with implementing Underwriting Guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Underwriting Leadership: Lead and manage the Property line of business within the Commercial Insurance division, ensuring best practices in risk assessment, pricing, and portfolio management.
