Head of Property – Household Name - hybrid working - London

We’re representing a household name who are seeking a Head of Property to lead their in-house real estate function.

The successful candidate will oversee a broad and varied property portfolio, encompassing acquisitions, disposals, construction, development and landlord and tenant. You’ll provide strategic legal guidance across the full property lifecycle, supporting the business on both operational and transactional projects.

You will ideally have a strong private practice background from a leading firm and have since moved in-house, bringing both technical excellence and commercial insight. You'll be an experienced real estate lawyer with a strong track record in leadership – someone who can guide a team, manage external counsel effectively, and act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.
