• Planning, organization, analysis and improvement of the QMS, monitoring compliance with the requirements of the QMS;
  
• Formulation andimplementation of the quality policy, management of quality goals, as well as planning and promotion of activities that contribute to ensuring orderly work and continuous improvement of quality management;
  
• Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements for new and mass-produced vehicles;
  
• Responsibility for obtaining data from the market on the number of defective vehicles, identifying key problems based on this, allocating responsibility, monitoring the implementation of corrective actions, working to reduce the number of complaints and negative reviews;
