Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Research to lead the development of our in-house quantitative research platform and factor library. This role will be responsible for driving systematic research across global markets, supporting portfolio construction, and enabling scalable trading strategies.
We support for flexible working locations including Singapore / Hong Kong / New York or others.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and define the firm’s quantitative research agenda across equities and other liquid asset classes
- Identify and develop alpha-generating strategies using systematic and data-driven approaches, establish research standards, frameworks, and best practices
- Design, build, and maintain a comprehensive in-house factor library, ensure robustness through backtesting, validation, and continuous monitoring
