Head of Sailing Pathways & Talent Development

The Royal Yachting Association (RYA) is seeking a Head of Pathway to lead the talent system for British Sailing. This strategic role involves overseeing national pathway programmes, ensuring clear progression routes for athletes, and fostering collaboration across stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills, extensive knowledge in talent development, and at least 5 years of management experience. The position offers a hybrid working environment with a competitive salary of £57,000 to £65,000 per annum, plus generous benefits.
