Job Description
Monroe Consulting Group's Health Division is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to identify a Head of Sales who will lead commercial growth initiatives, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable patient volume and revenue across the hospital network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies to achieve hospital revenue and patient growth targets.
- Drive patient acquisition through corporate partnerships, insurance relationships, government institutions, physician referrals, and other strategic channels.
