            职位描述Objective of the position
Lead Gaggenau China Sales Strategy & Planning to address both Gaggenau D2C/Agency and B2B model as well as
build new business model in Gaggenau China emerging retail platform.
Main Tasks 
1）Sales Strategy & Planning
Lead trade term & promotion strategy with implementation to improve effectiveness & efficiency on trade spending (including Co-MKT and PD)
Lead channel assortment strategy and develop in-store execution guideline with frontline sales booklet & sales fundamental scorecard implementation in sales area
Lead on sales communication and ensure communication process excellence for sales team 
Lead on dynamic channel monitoring system with sufficient channel intelligence provided 
Develop new “sales strategy & planning” team capability; Provide sales training framework to improve sales capability across sales
