Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales, Singapore to join our team at GEBRUDER WEISS PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy for our company.
What you'll be doing? People Management- Managing and mentoring a group of sales & customer service team to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction and performances goals.
- Leading 1 on 1 pipeline monthly meetings/ monthly & quarterly performance review meetings/ annual appraisal meetings and monthly sales team meetings.
- Setting individual sales targets & measures (KPI) with the sales team including customer service team.
- Guide CS-Sales support team on how to manage claims from customers.
- Recruit salespeople (hunter), set objectives, train, coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
