Head of Secured Wealth Lending

The role will lead the end-to-end strategy, portfolio management, and risk governance for lending solutions tailored to PFS clients. The role encompasses secured lending across securities‑backed financing such as (Lombard/SBL), unit trusts, treasury products such as bonds and structured notes, insurance. Ensuring prudent risk management, regulatory compliance, and commercial growth.

You will partner closely with relationship Managers, Product Teams, Risk, Legal/Compliance, and Credit teams to deliver client‑centric lending solutions aligned with the Bank’s risk appetite and strategic priorities.
