Head of Sourcing, Banktech/Tech Consulting/Indtech/Caretech

Overview

We are strengthening our Sourcing leadership with four new Head of Sourcing positions with for each of our four business units. Each position will be responsible for Sourcing in vertical business unit dimension either for Tech Consulting, Banktech, Indtech or Caretech business unit.

In this role, you will act as the primary sourcing partner to the business, ensuring early involvement in commercial decisions, shaping supplier strategy, and delivering measurable business impact. You will play a critical role in advancing our mission to maximize value and minimize waste , while supporting revenue growth, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.

This is a highly independent, leadership role requiring strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives and supplier ecosystems.
