Head of Stewarding & Hygiene Operations

Mangala Estate Boutique Resort in Kuantan, Malaysia, is looking for a Chief Steward to lead and manage the Stewarding Department. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all Food & Beverage back-of-house areas and oversee operations in alignment with IHG brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Hospitality and at least 5 years of stewarding experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is essential for this role.
