The Head of Strategy and Implementation is responsible for partnering with GSHR Leaders to develop and deliver the GSHR multi-year strategic plan and annual operating and financial plans. This role provides critical oversight and execution of high impact programs across people, process, technology, and capability development.

The position requires significant stakeholder management. The role reports to the Vice President, Strategy & Operations and OneHR Leader Asia Pacific. The role is global and cross-functional with partners across all tiers of HR, Integral Services and JJT.
