Head of Technology (Data, AI & Engineering)

Location: Bath (on-site 2/3 days a month)
Salary: Up to 130,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits

The opportunity

They are seeking a Head of Technology as the current person in this position is retiring. In this role you will lead and shape the technical function and drive delivery of an exciting roadmap of AI‑based products, product iterations, new features and technical enhancements. This is a senior leadership role with real influence‑setting direction, driving technical excellence, and building a high‑performing culture aligned to business goals.
