Job Description

We’re looking for a Head of Technology to build and lead the technology strategy and engineering organization, with a strong focus on delivering secure, scalable, and compliant solutions in a Business-to-Government environment.You’ll work closely with engineering, product, business, and leadership to design, implement, and continuously improve technology capabilities that ensure operational resilience, innovation, and measurable business outcomes as the organization scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the technology strategy, including the multi-year roadmap (build/buy/partner), aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements, and steered by a clear KPI framework.
