Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of Transformation to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation programme across a complex project and real estate portfolio. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end business transformation across project delivery, commercial operations, governance, financial management, handover, and operational readiness.
The successful candidate will own the transformation vision, business case, value realisation, and adoption strategy, ensuring measurable business outcomes through the implementation of standardised processes, governance frameworks, and technology-enabled ways of working.
This role is focused on transforming how projects are delivered and managed across the organisation—not simply implementing systems or managing programme governance.
