A top Financial Services company is seeking a Head of Transitions to lead the full onboarding and integration lifecycle for newly recruited Financial Advisors and Financial Professionals. This individual will play a critical leadership role in ensuring seamless advisor transitions, delivering an exceptional onboarding experience, and driving long-term advisor success through operational excellence and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end transition and onboarding process for newly recruited Financial Professionals, from recruiting handoff through full integration.
