Job Description
Summary
Senior leadership role responsible for visual inspection activities within a GMP-regulated sterile manufacturing environment. Combines people leadership, technical ownership and cross-functional coordination, with regular exposure to audits and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading a team of engineers, specialists and operators, including hiring, development, performance management and team structure
- Owning visual inspection processes across manual and automated set-ups, ensuring reliability, quality and efficiency
- Overseeing inspection operations together with associated integrity testing activities
- Acting as technical interface during external visits, audits and inspections
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, safety standards and regulatory requirements, including risk assessments and procedures
