Position Summary

The Head of Property & Casualty Facultative Asia Pacific is a senior leadership role responsible for executing Swiss Re’s Facultative strategy across the Asia Pacific region. The role carries full accountability for the profitable growth, portfolio quality, risk governance, and market positioning of the P&C Facultative business.

The incumbent will lead and further develop a high‑performing underwriting team, shape and implement a sustainable Target Operating Model (TOM), and strengthen Swiss Re’s position as the reinsurer of choice in the region. As a senior market representative, this role serves as a brand ambassador and strategic partner to key clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
