Job Description
Role Overview
As Head – Quality, you will be responsible for establishing and driving a
robust Quality Management System (QMS)
across Pune Gas.
The role spans:
Manufactured products (LPG systems, vaporizers, etc)
Gas Projects (industrial & commercial installations)
You will ensure quality across the entire lifecycle:
Incoming → In-Process → Final → Project Execution → Customer Feedback
Location
Pune (Head Office) + involvement at upcoming plant in Pargaon Khandala
Key Responsibilities
1. Build the Quality Function
Set up the Quality department from scratch
Define Quality policies, SOPs, and documentation systems
Implement QMS aligned with ISO 9001 and industry best practices
2. Incoming Quality (IQC)
Establish inspection processes for raw materials and bought-out components
Define vendor quality standards and acceptance criteria
Work with Procurement on vendor qualification and evaluation
