Head Safety Management

• Strategize, develop, and implement the Group’s Occupational Safety, Process Safety, and Loss Prevention programs, ensuring alignment with operational requirements, regulatory standards, and corporate objectives.
• Lead initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate safety‑critical risks, while fostering a proactive safety culture and promoting safety awareness across all levels of the organization.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to business units and senior management on safety risks, compliance requirements, and industry best practices, enabling informed decision‑making and consistent safety performance across the organization.
