We are seeking an experienced and professional Head Tailor to lead our tailoring team, oversee all tailoring operations, and ensure the highest standards of garment construction, alteration, and presentation. This is a full‑time position that requires strong technical tailoring skills, excellent people management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and service.

• Team Leadership & Supervision
  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of tailors and alterations staff; foster a collaborative, respectful, and high‑performance working environment. Allocate work, set standards, monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and offer coaching and on‑the‑job training to develop skills within the team.
