Leadership and Vision:
Provide strong instructional leadership to ensure the effective implementation of the CBC curriculum across all grades.Develop and articulate a clear school vision and mission aligned with Ministry of Education (MoE) guidelines.Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that prioritizes student learning and well-being.Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, ethical standards, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Curriculum and Instruction:
Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of the CBC-aligned curriculum.Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning practices to ensure high academic standards and implement strategies for improvement.
