Head, Total Rewards & Performance SVP

RHB Group is seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to head our Total Rewards & Performance function. Reporting to the Group Chief People Officer, this role is responsible for shaping and driving enterprise-wide reward and performance strategies that support RHB Group's business priorities, workforce productivity and high-performance culture across multiple businesses and markets.

The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for compensation and benefits, performance management, reward governance and workforce performance initiatives across the Group. As a trusted advisor to the Group Chief People Officer, the role will play a critical part in influencing strategic workforce decisions, reward governance and performance outcomes at an enterprise level.
