Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Athletics, Bancroft School seeks a dedicated and experienced Head Varsity Golf Coach to lead its high school program in the competitive Eastern Independent League (EIL). The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who builds a strong, inclusive team culture and supports each student‑athlete’s growth—academically, athletically and personally. A key component of this role includes providing guidance and support for student‑athletes pursuing collegiate opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Direct all phases of the golf program.
- Foster an inclusive, respectful, empowering, and competitive team environment aligned with the School’s mission and values.
