Salary: Sobresaliente.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. In low season, Fridays end at noon (workload dependent). Usual: ~35 hrs/week. First 2 months: 100% on‑site → then remote/hybrid based on performance.

Role Overview

Enroll members into health benefit plans across multiple insurance carriers. Manage coverage setup, update records, resolve issues, and coordinate with carriers and clients to ensure timely access to benefits.

Responsibilities

• Process membership changes within 48 business hrs
• Handle requests via email within response time metrics
• Process open enrollment changes in carrier portals
• Generate census reports when requested
• Perform audits & correct discrepancies
• Support additional projects as needed

Qualifications

• English level: B2 (mandatory)
• Knowledge of group benefits, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA (preferred)
