This individual will serve as a key liaison between patients and healthcare resources while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient & Provider Support

+ Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and healthcare teams.

+ Educate patients regarding Emergency Room (ER) visits, inpatient hospital resources, and Early Bird Alert portal programs.

+ Manage inbound and outbound communication with patients, providers, and healthcare partners.
