Bud Flanagan Ambulatory Inpatients (AMBIN) is a highly specialised haemato-oncology transplant day unit delivering inpatient-level treatments within an outpatient setting. The unit supports patients undergoing supportive therapies, systemic anti-cancer treatments (chemotherapy), and autologous stem cell transplantation.
Patients are accepted onto the AMBIN pathway following specific criteria to ensure they can be safely managed within our ambulatory care model. The unit currently consists of 6 day-case treatment chairs and a dedicated isolation room, enabling us to provide focused, high-quality care within a supportive and patient-centred environment.
About You
• Care Certificate completed in the UK
• Experience within a haematology/oncology setting is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to learn and develop within a complex clinical specialty.
