Job Description
Lead the Stork Family YMCA as the Health & Wellness Centre Manager in Cambridge, ON. Oversee operations, nurture teams, and enhance member experiences at this full-time role.
In this dynamic position, you will manage daily operations while reporting to the VP of Health and Wellness. You’ll develop high-performing teams, achieve financial targets, and implement the Y Way program to improve service excellence. Strong leadership in fostering a culture of inclusivity will be essential, alongside adapting programs to meet community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships and develop high-performing teams
• Lead departmental supervisors and provide performance support
• Achieve financial sustainability through informed decisions
• Shape exceptional member experiences with service design
• Collaborate with YMCA departments for unified service delivery
Requirements:
• 5–10+ years of leadership experience
• Proven budgeting and budget management skills
