What you’ll do

Our Health Economists assess the value to New Zealand of funding new health technologies (medicines and medical devices). We are Aotearoa New Zealand's single largest health technology assessment team. We work closely with Pharmac's clinical advisors and commercial negotiators.

• Modelling the cost-effectiveness and budgetary impact of new pharmaceutical investment options;
• Assess all Factors for Consideration to support Pharmac in appraising the relative value of new pharmaceutical investments, including to populations with high health needs;
