Job Description
I am working with a firm that is seeking an associate-level attorney with 3+ years of experience to join a growing Health Law practice group. Candidates with health law transactional experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Background:
- Review and revise health care-related agreements such as managed care/payor agreements, vendor and supplier agreements and professional services agreements
- Research regulatory compliance issues including scope of licensure issues and fraud and abuse issues
- Corporate transactional experience
- Strong legal writing and communication skills
- Admitted in DC or waiver eligibility
