Job Description
Become a Health Program Coordinator to support the Lil'wat Ways of Healing from Trauma program. This full-time position focuses on enhancing mental wellness through trauma-informed care and community collaboration.
Reporting to the Health Director, you will play a vital role in planning, implementing, and evaluating wellness strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing communication tactics, managing budgets, and ensuring culturally appropriate outreach. You'll engage with First Nations communities and support the healing of individuals and families while promoting a strengths-based approach.
Key Responsibilities:
