Health Representative - Vaccine (MOE Central)

The Pfizer Health Representative will be the central contact in connecting customers within their accounts to therapies that advance wellness, prevention, treatments, and cures for the most feared diseases of our time.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and implement efficient virtual/in-person engagement strategies tailored to each customer to maximize impact, including effective business and territory call plans.
• Build rapport and relationships with customers across virtual and face‑to‑face settings, maintaining a methodical approach toward call objectives and KPI documentation.
• Use digital tools (Veeva Engage, Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Office, beta tools) and analytics to develop insights and next‑best‑action plans for customer engagement.
• Engage key customers to grow business and drive product demand by providing education that meets HCP and patient needs.
