Health & Safety Advisor

The Health & Safety Advisoris responsible fordeveloping andmaintainingthe site Health & SafetyProgramme.The successful candidate will have an opportunity to have an impact on culture by building rapport and increasing engagement with key stakeholders across the site. Reporting to the Site Manager,they will be supported by the national Health & Safety team.

This was recently advertised as Health and Safety Coordinator but has been rescoped to Health & Safety Advisor to more accurately reflect the need of site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and promote the health and safety focused culture by developing cohesive, engaged relationships with site representatives, including H&S Committee
• Manage,implementand communicate the health and safety framework, improvement initiatives; and company and legislative requirements
