Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Engineer

• Support the development and implementation of the HSE Management System during engineering and project phases


• Assist project teams in risk management processes (HAZOP, HAZID, risk assessments, hazard analysis, etc.)


• Plan, define, and oversee safety procedures at both project and construction levels


• Conduct internal HSE audits and workplace inspections


• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standards


• Promote and communicate safety policies and procedures across the organization


• Participate in pre-construction surveys and identify safety risks with mitigation actions


• Investigate incidents and accidents, including reporting and root cause analysis


• Support occupational safety risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives
