About The Role

CrossSafety is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist for a 3‑month contract to support onsite safety operations in New Bothwell, Manitoba, Canada (approximately 50 minutes southeast of Winnipeg). This role provides field‑level support within an active manufacturing environment, helping ensure compliance, reduce risk, and promote a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on experience in health and safety and is comfortable working directly with operations teams and contractors.
